Full: The Persistant Search for Color in a World of Black and White
This was taken in an Asian Arts Collection Museum in Dallas, Texas. If you can't tell, those are paper cranes hanging from the ceiling. This piece was partially inspired by Invasion by ~paikan07, but mainly from the beauty of the cranes themselves. You walk around the corner and all the magnificant colors are right there in front of you. I liked the shot with the guy in the background better, I think, because the humane concept is more effective with an actual human in it. I hope you enjoy this one, because it took a long time to extract the color from the cranes without leaving color in between in the background. |

If you sold prints of this, I bet you could sell a whole truckload.

Do you really think so?
I'll keep that in mind for whenever I finally buy a print account.
I thought I might have to go back and re-take the picture because the original dissappeared off my memory card, but I luckily found the hardrive copy in the recycle bin! I've never loved the 'restore' option more!

I'd love it if you made this into a print *hint hint*

Oh oh oh... I'll probably be getting a print account before the end of the year, so I'd absolutely love it and greatly appreciate it if you came back to check on it actually becoming a print. ^_^
